WE HAVE WON OUR CASE. We are delighted that the Law Society's application against certain partners of our firm has been dismissed . We have always believed that we had not in any way breached any of the Law Society rules in our relationships with all of our clients and business partners. In particular the relationship with MortgageSA and Wakefields, who in June received publicity in the media, has been endorsed by the court as being entirely proper. View Court Case
