DeRegistration of Close Corporations and Companies

We have noticed that quite a few of our clients have had the Registrar of Companies and Close Corporations commence deregistration processes on their Close Corporations and Companies because the Annual Return for the Close Corporation or Company have not been submitted to CIPRO.

If you have not rendered a return, and do not wish to be deregistered, please submit your returns!

Remember- if a Close Corporation is deregistered with outstanding debts, those persons who were members as at date of deregistration will become personally liable for those debts
