CLOSE CORPORATION

·        Founding statement and certificate (CK1 & CK2)

·        Green barcode ID document book or passport of the authorised person and all members of the close corporation

 

TRUST

  • Trust deed
  • Letters of Authority
  • Tax & Vat reference numbers

·        Green barcode ID document book or passport of the authorised person, all the Trustees & beneficiaries

PARTNERSHIP

  • Partnership agreement or a letter confirming that there is no written agreement
  • Green barcode ID document book or passport of the authorised person and all members of the partnership

·                                Recent short-term insurance documentation

1.            If client has lost their ID document book then they would need to go and get a temporary ID document from the Department of Home Affairs.

2.            If a General Power of Attorney is involved then you would also need to get

·            Identification & verification of the person signing on behalf of client

·            Proof of residence of the person who is signing on behalf of the client
