We can now track the progress of our matters electronically, from the beginning of lodgement until after registration in the Deeds Office. The benefits of our being able to do this are: Improved communication : - this facility will allow for updates on the status and movement of any matter to all firms involved. Greater transparency: - Progress is instantly communicated from the Deeds Office with all firms associated with the matter which allows for corrective action in the event of any issue that requires attention. Time saving: - All Deeds Office functions are automated saving the Deeds office staff time and resulting in less telephone calls. Accuracy: - As the physical file is tracked through the Deeds Office problems can be reported on as and when they are encountered and therefore dealt with more effectively.
