PURCHASER'S COOLING OFF RIGHT

We have had several queries as to whether the prescribed monetary threshold of R250 000 in respect of a purchaser's right to revoke an offer has been increased to R500 000. Please note that there has been no increase- the amount is still R250 000. The Minister of Trade & Industry is at this stage considering an increase and has asked for comments. Any changes if any will only occur later this year and we will keep you updated
